Update crashes on AdobeAir
Prezi update will not install. It wants to update AdobeAir which gives an error. Therefore Prezi install crashes. I am running on Vista. retried several times. Rebooted computer--still no success. Ideas?

Hello Paul,
You may have to uninstall adobe air then reinstall it to get the latest version, adobe air and vista never really could mix for me and I still had to reinstall it every now and then to get it to work.

Thanks for the tip, Ryan. It still was not easy to do but I did manage to uninstall Adobe AIR and install a new version. Then when I downloaded and ran the update for Prezi, I still got a "Sorry--an error occured Error# 0" I checked and I stall have the old version. Any tips? -

After several more attempts to update (every time I open Prezi I get the "update available" dialog box. I tried to uninstall so I could install fresh. But the uninstall utility asks for the CD...and I don't ever recall having had one. I tried looking in the Wiondows Program Files directory to see if there was an uninstall in the Prezi folder and did not see one.

I still cannot update. Everytime I open my Prezi Desktop it tells me there is an update (to 3.087) but each time I try to download and install, it get's so far in the install process and then tells me it failed.-
I have also this problem. I've reinstalled AdobeAir but the problem remains. But in other computer I've updated Prezi with no problem
