I've been unable to receive your validation email at my school and so cannot complete registration for an EDU Enjoy account. My tech folks tell me it is because of mismatched DNS and so our filters will not allow your email through. Suggestions on how I register with my school email and school domain if I cannot receive your email?
I know once I show this product to my high school students and teachers, they too are going to want accounts. As things are now...we can't!

I have this problem as well. I am the administrator for our school accounts. We have 32 accounts that use the domain of: stocktonschool.us and I have signed up all users (students) but have not recevied the verification email replies. I would like to use ASAP for a class I am teaching. Please help!

I never received my confirmation email. I have tried in Chrome, Firefox, and *cringe* IE 8. I would really like to use prezi for a presentation I have today.

Same here. Never receive any confirmation email.
I suspect that EDU account is just a myth here. It is never going to work. The company Prezi is only fishing you to pay for a subscription plan. -

I just had this problem. I hope they respond faster than they seem to be doing for everyone else.

We ended up working around the whole Prezi issue (and others like skydrive, glogster, google earth etc) by setting up a separate transparent proxy which only allows traffic to and from specific IP addresses associated with Prezi and those other programs.The hard part is getting hold of all those IP addresses that are used.

I have an Edu account for more than a year now. Haven't had any problems with it.
