Trying to create a student account and can't.

Hi, I need to create a student account and I used my school e-mail address. Once I recieved the e-mail from prezi it tells me to click on the link. I can not click on the link and I tried copying it and putting it into my browser. I get a page that says sorry... How do I register for prezi so I can start my assignment?
