Server issues?

Prezi works on my MacBook at home, but when I get on my school's server, it is not working? Does anyone know of a setting that I need to change to make it work at work?

    Hi Matt Swanson, try these standards things first:

    it may be that Prezi.com is being blocked by some security measure - probably a local firewall - especially at a school:

    - check to see if you have the latest versions of Adobe flash and Adobe Air
    - check you do not have a Firewall / virus checker that is blocking Prezi - you may need to whitelist Prezi.com in its security properties (speak to your IT guys make an exception for prezi.* - prezi.com)
    - Is your internet connection OK - is it just Prezi.com giving you the problem?
    - can you open it from another computer (e.g. a friends living elsewhere) this would indicate a local problem (I think you've proved this)
    - if you can try another browser (Firefox,Chrome etc).
