have you moved location / wifi area? it may be that Prezi.com is being blocked by some security measure:

- check to see if you have the latest versions of Adobe flash and Adobe Air
- check you do not have a Firewall / virus checker that is blocking Prezi - you may need to whitelist Prezi.com in its security properties (*.prezi.com)
- Is your internet connection OK - is it just Prezi.com giving you the problem?
- can you open it from another computer (e.g. a friends living elsewhere) this would indicate a local problem
- if you can try another browser (Firefox,Chrome etc).

Let me know how you get on, if still problems if you share the URL I can take a look for you.

hi, i've just disabled my windows firewall and antivirus too, but it stills displaying me:
id: 1200 the reason is: [SecurityErrorEvent type="securityError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2048"]

what else i've to do?
