Prezi won't load on laptop IE, but will on tablet?

My prezi won't load completely. It stops halfway up the "e". I have had problems opening it on my computer and have figured out that internet explorer works best. I am able to open it on my tablet, but working off of my laptop is a lot faster. What is wrong with it?! Here's the link

Hello Kailyn,

Can you try using Google Chrome? Chrome has flash built-in, so it usually works better. Please get back to me if this does/doesn't work.

  Alright then, if it is an IO error it is most likely your firewall blocking access to our servers. Try diabling that. If that works I'll have a more complicated permanent fix.

  Alright... turned off the public AND the private firewalls and Chrome is still showing the same message and IE is still not loading completely.

  Alright, so can you check your adobe flash player and make sure its updated to the latest version?

  Its okay. I downloaded Adobe flash 11 and still doesn't work... lol.
  
  Sorry my computer is retarded. SOMETIMES my prezi works and then sometimes it just gives me the finger.

  Yes, that definetely sounds like a adobe flash problem. try re-installing it then. The reason I know this is because youtube also relies on flash to run.

  I got on my brothers laptop and was working on it while i was reloading my computer. I logged out and logged in on mine and still not working... i really don't know. I am going to shut it off tonight and maybe tomorrow it will magically start working... if not, I will revisit this conversation later. Thanks for your help so far.
