Prezi won't load in view or edit mode.

Hello,

My prezi won't load it stops loading when the the 'e' is half filled.
I'm using the education version and I have checked my firewall settings, I have updated latest flash player, and I turned off my anti-virus program and still it won't load.

Can someone help me?
