Prezi viewer crashes when opening prezis
My prezi app for iPad crashes when I try to open my prezis. I tried to resolve the problem by reinstalling the app from app store and redownloading my prezis. I've also tried rebooting my device and freeing up memory. Still not working. It only started happening when I updated prezi viewer from the app store last night. But then again, if I unistalled it and reinstalled, shouldn't the issue disappear?

Though I've recently discovered that prezi viewer only crashes when I try to open an already downloaded prezi while i'm offline. Connecting to the Internet solves the issue but the problem is that I don't have any Internet connection available to me at work so I still won't be able to open them when I needed them. -

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this issue. It was caused by a bug in the current version of the iPad app. We have fixed it in the upcoming version.
