Prezi server outage - back online
In the last hours we experienced unexpected issues with our servers that resulted the website going offline and online prezis couldn't be saved. Our developer team worked on the case. Now the site is back up online. Sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused. If there is any further news about the issue, we'll keep you updated in this topic.

Auto saved at 12:09 PST - seems to work fine again. Thanks for the fix, guys.

Well it is not working! I can get into my prezy but as soon as i try to upload a picture my web brower just freeze and after it says id: 2500 the reason is: ErrorEvent ioError Error #2038
So no it is not fixed!
Please fix this, I need my pictures

i keep getting a 504 Gateway time out error - it won't open my presentation and I have to turn it in a couple of hours, kinda freaking out a little, any help is greatly appreciated!!!

ah, i just tried in safari and it worked. firefox is still unable to connect with prezi. and my unsaved and thoroughly worked on prezi is open in my firefox account. so unless i can get it to work in firefox i've lost several hours of work.

Nothing wrong with reporting success. :) Try restarting firefox and/or your computer if you're still having access issues.

Serious thanks to the Prezi team for sorting this out. I don't usually write these sort of things, but today's outage caused me to realize how much I depend on your hard work and dedication.

I had students today that have been working for a week on presentations, had guests in the room and the kids could not present today. As a teacher what do I do so this doesn't happen again? If there is no solution then I can't justify encoouraging them to use this.

Never worked for me, you have record of my report and problems I had that day with lost "down time". The least you could do is allow me the opportunity to reply to your offer...Could you resend? I've referred many to Prezi.com.

when im entering fron Google Chrom from my house comp` everythings cool,
but when i do the same thing from my work - which has no connection probs - it doesnt save....:( -

Maybe you're behind a firewall? You could also try with other browsers and try updating flash player (Chrome automatically updates flash player)
