Prezi Meeting Capacity Limits
Is there a limit to the number of people I can invite to a Prezi Meeting online presentation (no editing, just presenting)?

Is this still the case? I would love to use this for corporate presentations, but we usually have 40-60 participants.

Does this mean 10 viewers and one presenter? Or just 9 viewers and one presenter?
Thanks! -

10 connections is the limit, sorry. It doesn't matter whether they assume presenter, viewer or editor roles.

I just ran into this limit on Monday while presenting to FEMA and it was totally embarrassing. If you want Prezi to be a professional tool, then you have to increase the participation limit or I'll have to jump ship.

agreed. i was excited about being able to share presentations via the link in the browser. trying to share using a desktop sharing technology will make the presentation look jerky as the whole screen repeatedly tries to repaint.
please consider increasing the number of users (or offering an increased limit for paid users - this is a feature I would pay for). until then it's back to powerpoint for me. -

Are there limits to the number of people you can include in your meeting to view your prezi?

Hello,
Thank you for interest in this feature, we are working to improve it.
We have extended the limit of users being able to participate in a real time meeting in Prezi. Now up to 40 users can participate, 10 users with edit right and 30 users without edit right.
This means you can invite up to 10 users to edit and up to 30 users to present online.

Further improvements are coming soon. -
