Prezi is not loading any prezis
I can't open or edit any of my presentations. It is stuck loading every time. Are there any server issues?

Did you change computer, browser or environnment? looks like a security issue : firewall, antivirus or browser not allowing prezi.com.
maybe a browser not allowing javascript or flash player ?

No sorry. I'm on OSX using the latest version of Chrome with javascript and flash working (tried it with other sites). I can play some of my prezi's but editing is still not working. (The loading bar in the word Prezi is stuck in the middle)

an idea, waiting for specialists :
check that your computer allows flash player to use memory on your drive or maybe enlarge this capacity... (right-clic on prezi canvas, parameters...)
if it is a particular prezi, please provide the edit url - not the share one (only prezi team will be able to see). Even if you are not able to load, you have the url in the adress bar while prezi try to load the editor.

Not really...
I've contacted my ISP, because I have a web filter installed and asked them if hey could turn it off for now. I am testing this in a couple of hours to see if that is the problem...

another interesting thing about OpenDNS's cache, in this topic :

Yesterday I turned a bunch of stuff off (proxies,etc. and category filters) still no go.
Last night I had an idea that I tried this morning and it worked!
From the "Dashboard" click on "Support", then on the right hand side you will see "Troubleshooting Tools", click on "Cache Check" enter www.prezi.com and click on "Check this Domain" OpenDNS will show a bunch of ip addresses, at the bottom of the page click on "Refresh the cache"
That fixed it and we can once again use prezi!"

Thanks Nathalie, The filter is turned off at the moment and Prezi works like a breeze! I'll let them know the solution you suggested when I call my ISP, because I do need the filter back on.
