Prezi Desktop exported Zip files incomplete

When I export the file from Prezi Desktop, the "prezi" application does not appear in root folder and the "prezi.app" folder does not have a name (it's blank). Right now as a workaround I need to transfer the file to Prezi.com and download from there. Any suggestions?
