I’m frustrated

Prezi cannot not load the media file in my prezi.

Please help me. Prezi cannot not load the media file in my prezi. What should I do? I have presentation later and I need to download my prezi at the same time. tsk tsk!

Which media files do you refer to? I saw your Prezi and it looks fine and without errors for me.
