I’m frustrated

Please help me with this strange message!!

Hi, I finished a presentation but suddenly I started to see this message that I have no idea how to eliminate, it saids "Prezi could not load one of your graphics. If you see something missing, please try to upload/place it again" How could I remove this message? It is so annoying have to close the three little windows with this message every time the presetation is opened.

maybe there is a file broken, wait for a prezi team member to check this for you :)

while waiting, you may look at your original files about limitations :
https://prezi.com/learn/insert-images/

also, your original files shouldn't have special characters on their names (accented for example)
