Oops, trouble with your prezi. (Unzipped file)

I have downloaded a prezi for an offline presentation. When I want to show the prezi the following error occurs: "Oops, trouble with your prezi? First try checking your internet connection. If this doesn't work you can always check help." I have unzipped the file, but still the error occurs.
