Hi, I just can't do anything... I can't create any prezi and I can't watch any neither. I've tried with Google Chrome and FireFox and I got the latest version of flash installed. I got Avast antivirus...
The problem message when I want to open a new project is always:
"Something seems to be broken here, and tells us IO_ERROR.prezi.com/support might help"
The problem message when I want to edit the project is always:
"Oops, trouble with your prezi!? First try checking your internet connection. If this doesn't work you can always check help."
Can you help me please ?

New to prezi and it does not work

Have you whitelisted prezi.com? If you are working in Chrome you shouldn't have a problem when it comes to Adobe Flash because it updates automatically. If you could send me your email, I can look at your account for you and see if it is working from my end.

Sometimes it will ask you on a bar in the top of your browser. If not take a look at these.

So do you have an IO_Error or can you simply not create of edit prezis? Did you take the advice from above? Please let me know if you are still having this issue.

IO_Error is what i get. Actual it was working fine till two days back then I changed my browser first to fire fox then to chrome from ie since then it is not working. Please check up internet connection is what they say along with IO_Error. Also I did not get theat white listing thing.. Its not for chrome that they have suggested . Could you please help! TIA

When trying to edit or even view the project, the following error occurs:
"Something Seems to be broken here, and tells us IO_ERROR.prezi.com / support might help"
I think it's kind of my internet connection from my home, at work because this error does not happen. -

I am having the same problem. Today is the first time I am seeing it. Wasn't there before. Plus, the problem is not coming up on my other computer, where everything is working fine. This means that there is something wrong with my browser settings. I also have internet download manager installed on my system. Could that be an issue? -
