nameless directory in export zip
Prezi is really great! I like it so much!!! But: export from the prezi desktop doesn't work correctly: A zip file is created, but this zip file cannot be unzipped. I assume this is due to the fact that in the zip file there is a "nameless" directory. Any ideas? Thanks in advance! Norbert

Inappropriate?Hi Norbert,
what do you mean on the nameless directory? What else did you find in the zip? Does the export finish successfully?
Peter -
The export finishes correctly. But the archive that is produced by the export function cannot be unzipped. I add a screenshot on the archives content in the reply field. regards, Norbert -
Inappropriate? So you can only see the directories inside in the archive and not the files? The other directory besides the data is for the osx player, but that should have a name. Is this happening with every presentation you export or only with a particular one? Could you please try it with a new empty one?

Inappropriate?Dear spacecadet, exactly: I can see the directories inside the archive, but I do not see the files. And I cannot extract the archive. The same thing happened to me with three prezis. The xx prezi that I showed you is a "fresh" one, i.e. it has nothing in it but a line of text. Thanks for your answers so far! best regards, Norbert PS: Is a slash vs. backslash thing, i.e. a windows vs. linux directory path separator problem?

Inappropriate?i have the same problem. i tried to create a new, empty prezi and then export but the result is the same. windows tells me that there are 28 files/folders in the zip but i can't see or open or extract them.
I’m helpless

Inappropriate?TUGZip seems to be able to simply extract these corrupt ZIP files. My "workaround" so far: Extract w/ TUG Zip and re-zip if needed for distribution.
@Prezi: If you have access to a Mac, try unzipping an Desktop-App export from a PC on the Mac -- you will see that the offline Prezi does not work correctly.
I’m frustrated
