My invoice is not available for download in my settings page.
I can't view and download my Prezi invoice via the settings page of my account. Do I have to wait a few more days or is somewhere else in the site?

Can I have the email you use for *prezi.com so I can look into this for you? You should be able to go to the Settings page and download an invoice right from there. Please make sure you fill in your correct information.

I only needed jbonniz@logiberica.pt because that is what your Prezi account is under. You don't have an invoice because you weren't charged yet. You are still in your 30 day free trial :) You should be billed in a few weeks at the end of May and then you can get your invoice on the Settings page.
