Limit on Desktop edition
Hi, i am currently evaluating the desktop version. I downloaded the trial. I was testing out the different templates when creating a new presentation and then deleted them again. And now i cannot do anything more. It says i have used up all my chances... If deleted do they still count? And how do i go back to 3 left. If i had known you get 3 chances at CREATING irrespective if you delete or not i would have fully explored & created my presentation and used it

yes, you are right, this is not clear, and our current limit that you can not change styles after you created your Prezi I can really understand that you did this.
we should solve this in the future.

Inappropriate?I tried registering another account, deleting my old install but that still does not work. Has my old account been deleted? Would prefer to use the old account email and contact details etc.

my apologies I made a mistake, the desktop edition keeps logs on your harddisk, can we can't reset it from our servers. The trial is limited in this sense per computer.
what I can do is the upgrade your accoutn for a week, so you can try it.
after that your account will expire, and you will need to chose one of our licenses from Prezi.com/upgrade (and if you want to keep using the Desktop, you'll need to choose Pro)
you can of course try Prezi online, which is mostly identical with the offline version.
let us know if we should do this temporary upgrade.

Hi Adam, Thank you for your response once again. Yes could you please upgrade me for a week and i will try the desktop edition. For me security & privacy is the most important option since i work on confidential docs. Therefore the desktop will be the only option for now.

I've exactly the same problem than Ismail. I'm a belgian student (apologize my bad english) and I had to make a presentation of my final work the 19 june...
I would like to use Prezi but I don't have a Internet acces at the school... Is it possible to reset my account or to allow me to use Prezi Desktop for a short period of time ?
It could be very funny if I am able to present with Prezi to impress the jury (compare to a basic PowerPoint that the other student will use...).
