Jia,

You actually have an account under jialiaodesigns@gmail.com, although you only used that for one day. You must have misspelled the paid jia.liao@hkstrategies.com account. If you can give me a prezi you made for that account or your full name, I can try to find it.

I can not log in Prezi. (I have posted 4 hours ago but haven't got any reply yet) I signed up for Prezi Pro 2 days ago under the name Jia Liao. I used my work email as credential, jia.liao@hkstrategies.com. I DID NOT get any confirmation email although I was charged 159$ on the credit card. I can not log in to my Prezi account now. It shows "invalid log in". Please contact me at jialiaodesigns@gmail.com. This is emergency. I am working on an important company presentation, which got stocked in Prezi.

I will try and find this mystery email address the you typed in wrong. In the mean time you can delete the accounts you don't use, but make sure you share and 'Save a Copy' of all prezis you want from those accounts. If you are going to get charged for an account, I want you to be able to use that account.
