Every time I add a swf file to my prezi I receive this error message:
id: 2100 the reason is: w=0, h=0; b(w,h)=(0,0)
Please help. I can't complete my prezi.

This is due to the fact you do not have anything in the first frame of the .swf you are trying to load. If you have access to the .fla simply add anything into the first frame and then try.
This provides a detailed explanation and also if you do not have access to the source. fla ..a work around on how you can still get the offending .swf to work in your prezi
