I’m frustrated

I cannot export prezi out

I cant download my prezi into an exportable file. I do have very small videos in them and I think the prezi file size is relatively large. But is the prezi size why i cant download it to my computer?

hello eve,

What browser are you using? When you click download does a yellow bar appear at the top of your web page? If so, just click it and hit allow, it then should download.
