i can not delete a swf sound in my prezi

Hello, i just add an swf sound to my prezi and one time added i can not remove it, how can i do it?
I get this error
Prezi could not load one of your graphics. If you see something missing, please try to upload/place it again
Technical details:
id: 2100 the reason is: w=0, h=0; b(w,h)=(0,0)

I removed the file from you prezi. inserting swf audio files can be difficult.

Thank you travis, i just read before the tutorial but i think my error was "You must add an image to the SWF,". I will have to learn how to do that, i just uploaded de swf sound not the image.
Have you an example of an image associated with a sound in swf? i can not found anyone,

Hi Mitch,

I have removed the swf file. Unfortunately you have to combine the audio file with an object to insert it into your prezi. If you just insert a sound file, you will not be able to see it and thus cannot delete it, so we have to go in and delete it from the back end.

hello,

I too, cannot delete the swf file in my prezi. i did include an image with it.... which allowed me to move it around the prezi, but when i tried deleting the file, it only deleted the frame and not the object (ie. the audio file and image).

i'd like to try adding a different swf file again, but want to avoid the same fate. so can you please delete the current swf file and let me know what i did wrong?

  In travis's absense I have deleted it for you - now plays without the music.
  
  For background music in your Prezi well there is a few ways to do this - the easiest way to do it is to make a video with an video editor and include you music (black screen, image or subtitles will do) and then save out as a FLV or similar and convert with a video converter (I use Any video Converter - its still free think) to convert to a SWF file - SWF files will loop in Prezi once imported. You could also make a SWF file using Adobe Flash or other flash editor - but you may have to use some Action Script 3 code for this.

Hi Travis,

Same problem. My friend added sound to my prezi but didn't attach an image. Could you delete the sound?

Plus when he added it, the music kept looping on top of each other, instead of playing all the way to the end then restarting. It was like a really bad version of people singing row row row your boat...
