I already posted this already somewhere else in this forum, but I hope it helps here too :-)
I have create a small tool with GUI for that. I called it preziPlayer as it is a prezi player for linux :-)
You can find the software and a documentation / manual at:
https://github.com/TomFreudenberg/pre...
There is also already an apt (Debian, Ubuntu, Mint) package available for an easy installation. Hope it helps someone here.
This prezi is fine stuff :-)

Hi,
You can run the .EXE with Wine, but that's a bit limited, so we do not support Linux 100% for offline presentations unfortunately.
Hope this helps,

Hi,
That's what I meant by being limited. Full screen doesn't work with Wine unfortunately. -

Would be available Linux support for offline presentation in the (near) future?

Hi Genoffrie, you do not have to do it in ubuntu. You are able to work with the online interface and presentation editor. Finllay, you are able to download your prezi and do it offline by prezi-player for example.
If you use 30 days trial or buy a premium account, there maybe is an air client, but I am not sure about this. I always use the online editor and I am fine with it.

FYI, PreziDesktop works with all OS's compatible with Adobe AIR, including Linux.

Upon installation the Preziplayer Debian Package with Ubuntu Software Centre 5.2.6 (Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS) i get the following error. How should I proceed?
The installation of a package which violates the quality standards isn't allowed. This could cause serious problems on your computer. Please contact the person or organisation who provided this package file and include the details beneath.
Lintian check results for /tmp/preziplayer-1.0-6_all.deb:

Hi Jeroen,
thanks for sending this info. Its quite ok, because I had not setup an email address until last release. I will review the DEBIAN installation files for next release.
If it is ok for you, it should be possible for you to download and to install via
dpkg -i preziplayer_xyz.deb
You can have a look at Section "Installation via Console (APT)"
at Wiki on https://github.com/TomFreudenberg/pre...
