Do you have an edu account? Because the edu license is tied to an educational email and you can not change that. If you send me your new (it has to an educational mail as well) address then I will handle it manually.

  yeah, that would in principle be possible, but "SGI Group Holdings Proprietary Limited" doesn't exactly look like a non-profit organisation to me. If you have left your former public educational institution, please consider upgrading to a regular license.

I am hoping someone can please help me?

I am also looking to change my prezi login email from my own name to someone else's because I am leaving the firm soon on extended leave. We have just renewed our Pro account for another year so its important someone in the office can still access this account.

The current email address is rstrik@deloitte.co.nz. I would like to change it to a completely new person who's address is: dafarrelly@deloitte.co.nz

When I attempt to do this myself I get an error saying that the user email already exists (which I know is untrue!) - maybe there has been a glitch when I've been trying to change it? Can someone please take a look at this for me?

We have just renewed our Pro account for another year so its important someone in the office can still access this account. The current email address is rstrik@deloitte.co.nz. I would like to change it to a completely new person who's address is: dafarrelly@deloitte.co.nz When I attempt to do this myself I get an error saying that the user email already exists (which I know is untrue!) - maybe there has been a glitch when I've been trying to change it? Hi Rita,

there is indeed an account for the 2nd email address. You're colleague must forgotten about the account. It was created a few days before yours, but hasn't been used since then.

Please migrate the prezis from the old account to the one your colleague wants to keep and then delete the obsolete account. Necessary email changes can be commenced afterwards on https://prezi.com/settings/.

If your colleague forgot the password, please ask them to use the regular reset function.

  Done. Please check whether logging in with the new address works and whether it is correctly listed on the "Settings & License" page. I assume it is ;-) but if anything is amiss, please reply/comment below. Please also let me know whether I should delete your above post to protect your email from spammers.
