Help! Prezi desktop hangs during save and autosave and work is lost!
Every so often, prezi gets stuck showing "saving" or "autosave", and I cannot leave the application unless I close the window, which means work is lost. Needless to say this is very frustrating and scary. I have seen that other users have reported this as well so I assume it is a prioritized bugfix,.Is there anything I can do as a workaround or precaution to stop this from happening? Is there a memory size limit on prezis? Where are the prezis located so I can find out the size? I think Prezi is very very good and I value the capabilities apart from this so glitch, so please fix this as soon as possible. Thanks!
My configuration: Pro account. Windows Vista Home premium 2GB RAM, no other apps running at the same time.

this does sound frustrating. But personally I didn't hear about this issue so far, so I'm sorry, but don't know any workaround. I ask you to please could you try it out on an another computer. There is no memory limit on a prezi that prevents the saving. Which version are you using?

Inappropriate?I've had this problem too and it is VERY frustrating. One thing I think may trigger the problem is uploaded SWF files. Although it seems to happen with other media too. Needs to be fixed soon. -

I also have this problem and documented it in the other thread. So far, I haven't found any pattern to recreating it, but it happens 7 or 8 times day.

I had the same problem. I gave up using Desktop. It seems like it is not ready -
Inappropriate?Hi there, I might be having a similar problem. I am using the updated desktop Prezi (trial period, on Vista). I opened a prezi, then I closed it quickly (I had opened it accidentally). BUT... it hadn't finished loading when I closed it, and in the short time it was open, it seems to have autosaved the *partially loaded* prezi over my *full* prezi. So it appears as though my work was lost! Are there ways of scrolling back to previous autosaves so that I can recover my work? Thanks!
