Inappropriate?Hi Alexandra,
do these errors come up using the online editor, or the offline editor? If the former, what is the address of your presentation, so I could check what's wrong with it?
I'm sure we'll find a solution for your problem soon.
Best regards,
Szilveszter -
i am using the online editor. i have a rock solid hardwired connection. so the fact that it keeps telling me to check my internet connection is ridiculous.

i see several other posts with these same issues... under related topics. but no solutions are appearent. -
Inappropriate?Dear Alexandre,
try also the offline editor, you find it at prezi.com/desktop
What kind of internet connection do you use?

Inappropriate?things seem to be working better. i did not loose anything today. and the prezi saved. i am able to place images without problems today.
however, i continue to have the problem of weblinks not functioning. links don't get created from the urls i type in.
I have lots of weblinks in my prezi and only the first functions in a text block.
can you help with that?
I’m unsure

Inappropriate?Alexandra,
today seems to be good day! Maybe we've found a related network issue at our side. We need more time to investigate.
Unfortunately you can use only one url per text block. So please create as many text block as many url you have. If you want to have same-size-blocks, use copy paste.
I know url support (and someone may think the whole text editor) is functionally challenged.
