I’m frustrated

ErrorEvent ioError Error #2032. Other posts are at least 9 months old with this problem

I just created my first Prezi. Iwas able to view it once but now I geet the error message id: 1200 the reason is: ErrorEvent ioError Error #2032. I have the latest version of Flash and my irewall is down. Help please!!

Hello Liz,

What browser are you using? An IO error means your computer is having problems making communications with your prezi. If you are using internet explorer for your browser please make sure that it has ActiveX enabled.
