Error when im uploading a pptx file, id:2000. can u help me please?

Did you save your ppt as a pdf? Another possible problem is that there is some corrupt image file that is causing it. If it only started happening recently, maybe a recent image you uploaded was corrupt. try removing it and see if it works then.
