Error Message

Edit Subject

Good morning. I'm trying open my archive and occur an error (message): "Something went wrong. We cannot load a file, please try again later. If you keep running into this error, please visit our suport page...". It was not the first time. Please, Could someone help us?

Hi Luiz,

This may be because you have uploaded a file that was larger than our maximum suggested resolution of 2880x2880. I made a copy of your prezi. You should find it in your list of prezis titled 'Copy of Apres. Alta Administração'

I removed the following image from the new prezi:
http://0103.static.prezi.com.s3.amazo...

If you are able to edit this new copy then you will need to reduce the size of this image before you put it back into the prezi.

Let me know if this helps.

But, I don't know if it was the sollution, because in my first access, the message occurred again.
