I’m frustrated

Error code 1550

Edit Subject

I get the error code

"...Error CODE: 1550
Technical details:
id: 1550 the reason is: ERROR: VERSION_MISMATCH 38..."

When I try to save my prezi. What should i do?

Hello!

This might be related to local network or firewall problems. I could load and save your prezi just fine. Please also try these advice.

My developer colleagues have identified the problem and are working on a fix. For now, please use the "Save a copy" function on the prezi's landing page and continue editing the copy, as Carlos suggested.

This error was fixed on May 25th, around 6pm CEST. The previously affected prezis should save without problems again. Please let me know if not. Again, sorry for this problem.
