@SageTracey Hi, i have discussed this with the developer team and they say it should work. Could you pls try again?

It is still not working. I have tried about 10 times. My Prezi is embedded here: http://www.sagesurpass.com/Admin/Site...

Hi, I have forwarded this to our devevlopers who will check it for you. Thanks for your patience!

Hi Tracey, our dev team tried the solution and it works fine. I can only guess that you expect different features from this than what it offers. By re writing the code, you can embed the prezi with "simple navigation" meaning that you can only go forward and back in your prezi by clicking the right or the left part of the canvas. There is no free navigation in this mode meaning that prezi will not zoom to the areas you click. Only forward or backwards stepping by the path is allowed. This feature of course only works if you have a path in your prezi.

I have the same problem. My website is www.seobythebay.com I have an embedded prezi at this page http://www.seobythebay.com/#!seo_101
I downloaded both versions of the code (constrained and non Constrained) and they were identical. Both allow users to zoom and drag while in the presentation. Is there a manual fix to this? -

Yes, we are aware of the issue that the 2 embed codes are now the same. To use it in a constrained mode you just have to replace 1 character in the code twice. It's "lock_to_path=0" you have to set it to: "lock_to_path=1"

I have tried this fix and it does not work as described above by Zoli. It does not matter whether I have 0 or the 1 in the right places, my viewers can still zoom to any area. They are not restricted to clicking backwards and forwards on the path I have created.

I gotta stay I changed it from 0 to 1 and it worked for me. Are you sure your refreshing the page after changing the code?

Thanks for the feedback, Padways.
