Email address no longer valid!

I am a teacher, and have moved schools. I have not yet been given a new email address by my new school, but my previous school has closed my email acount - the one i used to log in to prezi.

I cannot log in to prezi, or access the couple of prezis I had made. I really want to use prezi in my new school. Is it possible to transfer one account to another (have I lost my previous account because the email is no longer valid?). Do I have to start again with my new email address? I think some of the teachers at my new school use prezi, but I'm not sure whether the school has an account.
