Difficulty Uploading Pictures
How come when I add a picture to my Prezi, it would be stuck at the download circle and won't load? I have waited a couple of minutes and it is still at the same state.. So, I would try and copy and paste my pictures and the same thing happens too.

Hello Michael,
Does the picture match the guidelines in the prezi.com/learn page about inserting images? (Linked below) Also, if you Shift + click and draw a box that covers the entire image, that should select the image and allow you to manipulate it.
