Different "versions" of Prezi?

I train people how to use Prezi at my university and lately I'm having a problem because Prezi appears different to different people. For instance, I have a whole bunch of templates but some people have just the old 6. My thumbnails in the path are on the left side, but some people have the old view with them at the bottom. Today someone's top bar with exit, saving, undo etc looked different and the options were split on each side of the screen. What's going on? Is it possible for me to have everyone in the group use the same "version?" It sure would be easier to train them! Thanks!

Hello,

If the problem is with different prezi versions, you can reset them all and update them to the newest version, which should help everyone remain in-sync with one another.

Hi April,

Prezi is undergoing some updates right now so an automated selection of user are updated to the "new version" of prezi but other are not. This is just a short transition period and soon all the prezi's will appear the same. I'm sorry for the confusion, however, this is just temporary.

For a couple of weeks the new editor is not available for everyone.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
The old editor is available for every user though, so they can have the same version.
