We have a meeting with a custom projection screen of 1920 x 768p (6.9m x 2.68m).
The frames we have inserted are the correct ratio but when playing we have difficulties with:
1) It showing at the correct ratio - when projected, will it fit the screen or will it show what it on my computer screen?
2) It continues to show the white play button at the bottom but we want to have it a full-screen experience.
We have a Pro account but have not yet downloaded Prezi desktop as we are saving it for the computer systems used on location. Will these problems still be there?
At the moment we have been editing online, we have tested it both on Mac and PC, but have not yet tried Prezi desktop. The meeting is on Monday so would really like some advice!
Thanks in advance for your help!

EMPLOYEE0Hello KaMing Kho,
I'll try and help you with your problem - this will all depend on how you have built your Prezi. I have two monitors one is a wide screen and one is more square (16:9 and 4:3) - I always run my prezis on both to be absolutely sure they will look OK and to try and not let other objects bleed into the view on a wider screen (which can ruin a good Prezi). Generally most projectors are 4:3 when they project and in fact if you press shift while putting a frame on to the Prezi canvas it will constrict it to this format - this helps when you are going to use a 4:3 projector.
I would advise that If possible, In the end its always better to get there early (or get access early) and see what it looks like so that you can make adjustments if you need to. The dimensions you mention are more like 16:9 so if you have built your Prezi on a square monitor you may find other objects start to show in from the edges as you move around on this big screen - try and make your frames and objects so that they allow for the wider screen.
I would recommend you download a portable Prezi for the Presentation - this allows you to have full screen without the white arrow (control 'F') and will not depend on the internet being available - everything you need is within the package when downloaded. If you do run it from online - if you go into edit mode and then show mode it will give you a fullscreen (press fullscreen or '0' on the keyboard).
hope this helps
Prezi tip: Using 3 & 4 on the keyboard will rotate the canvas while in editing and show modes
CHAMP0more details :
the items you set as pathpoints will always be centered in the screen you are showing.
So if you have a squared screen on your computer, make your browser window rectangle in proportion to the final screen.
Go to edit mode, clic the show button and exit full screen to have the false rectangle view, you will see if there are items showing on the sides of your frames, objects, texts, etc.
hope this helps.
I may say that you have to be in the showing room hours before ! Technical things allways take more time than we thought :)
enjoy your presentation :)
