Dear Prezi Users,
today between 4:10 and 10:10 then again between 13:54 and 14:20 (CEST) our conversion infrastructure had some issues. This affected prezi download (zip/pez), pdf upload, ppt upload, inserting images by url or from google image search, video conversion and some ipad related conversion (images, videos).
We have fixed the problem, all the above listed functions should now work.
Sorry for the inconvenience!

hello Allison,
I can see it even if it is a little jerky.
it seems to have large files there. Surely a memory problem on your computer.
try to clear the browser and Flash cache. The latter can be found by right-clicking on the prezi canvas: "Global Flash settings > Storage > Delete all" and "Advanced > Delete all".
A related problem is your computer running out of RAM available to Adobe Flash or your browser. The error message "Not enough memory to load this prezi", browser freezing, Flash plugin crashing or empty browser windows are symptoms of that. Please update both and try increase the size of the Flash cache. "right-click on the canvas and go to parameters..."
french one :)
Dont forget the general updates of your computer (graphic card, DirectX...) -
