can't save, autosaving message stuck
it's a second time that I encounter this problem. But now it hurts a lot. I can't save any changes. File->save and save and close don't work... I see a "autosaving" message that doesn't go off. I am not closing the window not to lose the changes, from the other hand I can't use save option. This is very frustrating.

I can imagine how frustrating this can be. Sorry. I don't know what could be the problem.
What you can try: Prezi autosaves the content in every 2 mins. So try to open a new window and reload you prezi. Maybe it's saved.
Try to wait for a while and do nothing in the window where autosaving does not disappear. I hope some timeout error could help.
I'll investigate the problem.

can you tell how long is the timeout? reloading didn't help, it wasn't saved. (I did many changes for about 15mins...and none of these were saved). I press very often 's' button to save, and I am sure that it's saved and continue working. Maybe a warning message should appear if it is not saved. frustration continues :( -

Firstly thanks for creating such an amazing tool. I saw Prezi at TEDGlobal and am loving using it myself.
However, there is serious bug in the tool. After a period of time the autosave and the manual save options stop working and there appears to be no way to save any updates and changes. This has cost me hours of work today.
Could you please let me know if this problem is being looked into? When could we expect it to the fixed.

The save and auto save problems are occuring in PreziDesktop. I am using is on a Windows XP machine with the latest version of Adobe Air.
Please let me know if you need any other details to get to the bottom of the problem.

Inappropriate?Hi! I too have the problem with autosave with Prezi desktop with Prezis containing video. I am running on Vista with the latest version of AIR.

Yes, I do have video in my Prezi. Its a 16MB file. Good to hear that you can recreate the problem at your end.
