cant insert flv

why i cant insert flv videos? after the last update i cant do that, before i never had problems with that

when i try to insert the flv file, i choose that press "Select" button and nothing happens

im using Prezi desktop for mac

This is also happening to me. I can insert other files (pics or pdf) but the insert file using flv - and nothing happens. Or any other movie file. I have an edupro account and am using Desktop Prezi. Thanks.
