I’m frustated

cannot upload any files

Edit Subject

will not let me upload any files at all whether jpg, png or a ppt just keeps erroring with follwoing message:-

id: 2500 the reason is: ErrorEvent ioError Error #2038

Hello Ian,

Do you have a security suite that could block an upload? If so, whitelist *.prezi.com in the firewall settings, that should solve your problem.
