Can I restore properly saved but crashed Prezis?

Prezi has crashed my two last recent presentations. They were properly saved, viewed few times without editing, but now they are blank with only one frame when I want to edit them. Can I restore them somehow?

Thank you, however, can I contact official staff directly having only the student's licence? I couldn't find the contact on the website...

At "Your prezis" menu, they also have the blue picture with white "Open me" instead of the preview of the prezi content as all the others have.
