Can someone please help me with my login information. I signed up yesterday and the email I logged in with is now saying there is no account set up and I began creating a prezi yesterday.

Hi Shannon,
It shows that there is not account with this email "martinsm@vvsd.org." You probably mistyped your email without noticing. Maybe try a few different emails with the password you entered.
What was the name that you registered on the account?

And I paid for one year at $59.00 and just started a PREZI -

IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN PLEASE HELP ME. I have an account I paid for and already opened and today I had to start a new account because the customer service is horrible. There is no number to call and the only thing I can do is email and I am still waiting for assistance.
I have an account that clearly must have a typo for the login information. It was the email martinsm@vvsd.org under the name Shannon Martin.
IT IS NOT Shannon Martin at smartin@lifetimefitness.com, I HAD TO OPEN ANOTHER ONE because I cant get help from PREZI and need a presentation for tomorrow.
I need to unsubscribe to the service using my other email address the martinsm@vvsd.org when it is found. I do not want to be charged for something I cannot access or get any help for. -

Hi Shannon,
I found your email and surprisingly, its the correct email martinsm@vvsd.org. Did you find it and change it? Or its possible that processing the billing information took longer than expected so your account was not online immediately.
You should be able to log in now with your martinsm@vvsd.org email. If you need me to delete and refund the recently opened account let me know and please confirm the email address on the one you'd like me to delete.
Incase you want to transfer your prezi to 1 account. You can send an editable link to yourself, then save a copy in your other prezi account.
