I can't open my Prezis offline since I've paid my pro account! And I can't afford making new Prezis offline! What is the hell about? Can I speak to someone here?

Hello Carine,

You can, and always will be able to edit your prezis online, and please wait so the transaction can go through and update you to a pro account, if you try right now, you should be able to use prezi desktop to edit offline.
