Hi,
I'm using Prezi with a class of students on Mac OSX (Snow Leopard).
Recently we've encountered a set of problems where Prezi times out and suggests that they log in using a different tab. When they try this, their accounts no longer work.
More bizarrely, two students end up on someone else's Prezi account when they use their own login details (someone not from our school!).
Is this something that can be fixed? They have a significant amount of work in progress.

This is all VERY strange and there must be a reasonable explantation for most of this. Please privately email so we can straighten this out and get the emails I will need to look into solving this.
