When trying to access a Prezi I receive the message below?
You don't have the required permissions to view this page.
I recently just upgraded to the Pro edition and it is telling me my account has expired. I tried relogging in by changing user but no luck.
Any guidance would be great. Trying to make the switch from PPT to Prezi this is not helping Prezi case.

Ryan I just checked your account and it is active. Our system says the last time you logged in was today. Please tell me if this is wrong.

I am having the same problem as Ryan.
"You don't have the required permissions to view this page."
Is the message I am getting but not until I try to edit the prezi. I am allowed access to view the prezi but not to edit it. -
