"Something went wrong. We could not load one of your media files" error message. Am getting 3 of these every time i load up the prezi. Is there a way I can get rid of these error messages?
i see from other responses that a prezi staffer can go in and fix - am happy to have them do it, or if there is a way i can do it too, would be great, thanks!

Please resize the image you see when you go to the link below to less than or equal to 2880x2880px resolution. (you will need to actually remove it from the prezi and then re-upload it with the new size) That will solve your problem.

thank you ryan - my problem, however, is that i cannot seem to locate this file in the prezi - it doesnt show up b/c of the fact that it is too large - i am happy to simply remove it completely, but i dont know how to do that. i am assuming the error shows 3 times b/c i probably tried uploading it 3 times unsuccesfuly,

Yep, it is the same photo all three times.
You problem should now be solved! I removed the photo for you, tell me if something else changed. Nothing should have.
Well, I only removed one of them. Now I will remove the other two.
