I was told that the engineers for Getsatisfaction are definitely working on a resolve.
Best thing you can do is to suspend the users and delete these topics for now if you have mod powers.
I do this regularly on the main Getsatisfaction and Developer side when I see spam.
If you guys can do this swiftly they normally move on.
I also help Firemint on their support site and forum.
I HATE spam.
I really don't see people reading the crap they put on. -

Looks like just a few minutes ago a Getsat supermod cleaned up the page and a halve of spam. -

Back to 4 pages of spam and even the spammers are replying to spam topics.

Sorry about the deletion - as you can imagine its a pain in the bum getting rid of these Spam messages - just a bit trigger happy...

Hi Roel, yes I'll share your suggestion with the team - we are working with GetSat to come up with a permanent solution to this problem, as you can imagine they are aware we are getting clobbered and want a solution just as much as we do
Hope to get it resolved very soon.
