Update: the issue has been fixed. Thanks for your patience.

Based on your feedback we have realized that the above mentioned buttons are out of function on prezi landing pages. Our developers are working on the fix. Thanks for the report and sorry for the inconvenience. I will update this thread as soon as I have news from engineering.

The "make a copy" button does not seem to work for me even though I've got a private account. When I click on a reusable prezi and hit the "make a copy" button nothing happens at all.

Could you please advise what I'm doing wrong? I need to make a presentation urgently and I don't have the time to create one from scratch and there are such nice ones I could use...only if the feature worked for me!

Can ́t share my prezi today ;( on the share button no dialog is opened, and on "view together" there is no link shown. HELP!!! Customers is waiting...

I'm trying th share a prezi with others. When I hit the share button I do not get a URL as usual. The only thing that happens is that the screen scrolls to the top of the page.

How could this be resolved?
