Please try logging in to prezi.com and wait while the sync finishes. That should download some missing files.

I cannot really tell why it runs slower, we didn't noticed something like that. Is it the camera movement?

The new editor introduced hotkey changes among many other things. Please read http://blog.prezi.com/2010/01/24/feat... It's the down arrow that works like the space bar before.

you need to move the whole hierarchy rooting in Local Store not only the particular prezi.

There is also a detailed error message in the dialog, could you please ask for it. Could it be that you sent the prezi to your students? If they try to open it from school it's possible that the network is limited there, and a firewall blocks the connection to prezi.com's servers.

And the video, can you click on it? You could also try to select it by shift+dragging a rectangle around the video.

if your school has firewalls in the network, it can block Prezi to reach the required servers. If you can please try to ask the network administrators to allow Prezi using the network.

The two objects drawn with pencil were causing the troubles, I had to delete them. Next time please try to avoid using the pencil to draw thick bold lines, it can slow down the whole prezi.

that's right our conditions have changed. You get a free month to use PreziDesktop without any limit instead of the 3 prezi limit. The period starts when you login for the first time.

You already used and logged in with PreziDesktop after the conditions have changed (sometime in november) but didn't updated.

Excuse us, we wasn't clear about the changes, so you get another free month starting from now. Please tell me if you are able to log in from PreziDesktop.

In this case please export the prezi and send it to peter dot nemeth at prezi dot com. I'll check what's wrong with it.

It could be that more error message got opened that's why it seems that if you close one nothing happens (if you look carefully you can see a closing animation).

Adam's problem is already solved. If anyone has the same problem (overwritten version) please tell us. But we can only help if your prezi is online.

did you created it in PreziDesktop? Did you maybe uploaded it to prezi.com? Do you receive the message in PreziDesktop or online on prezi.com? You can close the message by the big cross in the upper left corner.
